ermmm where do i start... i really like this guy i work with. he's gorgeous, good lookin, kind, funny and caring. i just cant get him off my mind. i try and find any excuse at all to text him and i feel so happy when he does text back. he found out earlier this week that i fancied him and told me that he would rather just stay as friends with me. i ws really upset by this because he gives out loads of signals that he likes me too.  he play fights with me, offers me drinks, gives me eye contact, the lot, yet he still just wants to be friends. how can i make him want to be with me because i feel very strongly about this guyand cant get him off my mind.

It sounds to me like you act like one of his friends.  You play fight which is a very male thing, you drink and I presume you mean he keeps you stocked up on drinks, so you pack a load of drinks away.  When women drink loads it's only attractive to a certain type of guy, a guy who wants to use you for sex.  If you drink too much the other type of guy who is not just after sex, is just going to see you as a friend and a good laugh.  Drink in moderation is ok for woman, having a few drinks of the lowest alcohol percentage is ok, but drink like a bloke and expect to be treated like a bloke.  The eye contact can be displayed with friends as well and you don't suggest any other signals that suggest he sees you as anymore than a friend.

So he's stated clearly to you that he just wants to be friends, that is going to make it immensely difficult to persuade him otherwise.  What you have to do is act more feminine, flirt with him, enjoy chats with your female friends, where feminine clothes, cut down on the alcohol, but still manage to have a good laugh and a good time with him, without play fighting like a tomboy and without drinking too much alcohol.  (What happens when women drink lots of alcohol is there testosterone levels quadruple and testosterone is a male hormone).
