i have written previously and have a question i was telling my male friend (not boyfriend) that i went to a 21st party and caught up with old friends one a male and told him that he rang me the next day to thank me for the time we spent 2gether at the party , and my friend  asked did we sleep 2gether why would someone ask this? im a bit confused as to why he wanted to know! as we dont see each other socially he only drops me home and from work.

Guys presume that if a woman had a good time at a party and a guy texts to say thank you.  He’s thanking you for the sex and the good time.  He will also realise that guy fancies you a lot.  Because not many guys would go to the trouble of texting you the next day to say thank you.  If this other guy fancies you he may want to find out whether you had sex with him, to decide how he feels about you too.  He may want to know whether he has a chance with you and whether you fancy this other guy.  If he doesn’t fancy you, maybe he was just making exciting conversation and hoped you’d be forthcoming with the information.  Guys are interested in the amount of men women have sex with, they are more interested in this than the amount of men a woman has been out with.  The only reason they ask how many men a woman is been out with, is to tactfully work out how many she has had sex with.
