Had this guy at school act interested in me. we went to his house and he kissed and tried to have sex with me, but i did'nt let him.  now he don't talk to me or smile at me anymore he has been giving me the cold shoulder.

First of all, well done for not letting him, you are not ready for sex yet, so he shouldn't be pushing you to have sex.  This demonstrates that he is completely the wrong guy for you and you should stay away from him.  He wants to get you into bed and you are obviously not ready for that.  Don't let any guy push you into sex, unless you are ready for it.

There are several thoughts that will be going through his mind:

• She didn't give me what I wanted, so I'm not interested in her
• I'll give her the cold shoulder and make her feel guilty, then she'll come running back to me and beg me
• She didn't do what I wanted so I'm going to ignore her
• I hope she doesn't tell anyone what a jerk I am
• I hope she doesn't hate me
• I'd better avoid her because I feel uncomfortable knowing what to do or say
• Depending on his mentality, he may also feel rejected, aggrieved or feel as though you led him on. 

There is absolutely no chance of a guy talking or smiling at a lady that's rejected his advances.  For a while he is going to very very uncomfortable. 

I honestly think you are best completely ignoring him too.  He's not worth it, if he tries to push you into sex before you are ready.  Guys should know when a woman is ready for sex because ladies should give off the signals that they are ready.  He obviously hasn't mastered that ability yet and things he can just dive in when he feels like it.
