ive known this guy for a couple of years.
he works as a doorman on the nightclub i go to. hes always shown signs of
liking me but up until about 3 weeks ago when i put it into action and i
took him home and performed oral sex on him. since then he gives me free
entry in the club but he acts all nervous around the rest of the staff
and i aint allowed to talk to him.

Eeek, you don't give a man sex first time
you go out. You have got to get him to like you as a person first
and then progress onto sex. Now he probably just sees you as a
sexual object. Even if he was interested in you before, he has now
jumped several stages in the courting process to have sex with you.
This is seriously weird behaviour from
him, is he bribing you into keeping quiet by giving you free entry?
Why is he nervous? Does he have a girlfriend/wife and doesn't want her to
find out about you? Is he not sure about you, and is therefore
nervous at what you might say or do? I don't know the answer
because there is not enough detail in what you have said. I can't really
say whether he is not interested in you anymore or whether he wants to be
interested in you, but can't go making a move whilst he is at work.
As you have identified there is something making him nervous.
