totally confused girl on 20.02.06 a guy a really like is always saying
hi to me and winking at me he is always trying to make me laugh he also makes
weird conversations when i sit beside him does he like me or is it a joke

He likes you. Otherwise why go to the effort of saying hi, winking, trying
to impress you with his jokes and trying to keep you entertained with his weird
and inventive stories. Men and probably women too, would not go to this
effort unless their was something in it for them.
