All the guys i ever fall in love with always hate me in the end. They are really nice to me at first, they tell me they love me

Are they telling you they love you too soon, in which case they are probably either deceiving you or deluded about what love means?

and then i fall for them and weeks later they either hate me or don't want me anymore. I'm not sure if i'm doing anything wrong because it happens with ever guy I ever fall for and there has only been a few. Even after months of them hating me or moving on i still love them no matter what. Is it their problem or mine?

I need more information and examples of how your relationships have gone.  I can't possibly tell you from the small amount of information you have given me.  It maybe that you are going for guys that are too young and not that interested in relationships.  It maybe that you are doing something to annoy them.  It maybe that you are choosing the wrong type of guys.  It maybe the you are having sex with them too early.  The maybe's can go on but without more information I can't have a more accurate guess. 

Another point is that relationships, just aren't that easy.  It doesn't just rely on one person liking the other a lot, it relies on both people liking each other a lot.   For that reason you won't find the right guys on your first attempt, it will often take many more attempts.
