1.  Is it possible for a man to get an erection without actually being sexually  turned on?

A man often wakes up in the morning with an erection, I'm not sure whether that's because he's just had a naughty dream, but most men often wake up with an erection at least once a week.  But men can have erections at other times, like in the shower, the running water can turn him on and when he's desperate for the toilet and bursting and he gets slightly pleasurable pain that can give him an erection too.  But often men can get an erection, just thinking about women and day dreaming about women.

2.  Can a man get a hard-on and not be aware that its happened?

I would say no, as soon as he gets a hard on he usually becomes conscious of it and he goes into a different state of alertness.  It's hard not to notice that bulge starting in your trousers.  Maybe when he gets a hard on in his sleep you can say he isn't totally aware of it.

3.  Does a man experience his orgasm BEFORE or DURING physical ejaculation?

The biggest orgasm tends to be at the time of ejaculation.  If you hold him and stop at exactly the right time (which is difficult), then he can have orgasms before ejaculation and it is possible to have several of these type of orgasms but the timing is so difficult you need to pick exactly the right time to stop before pushing him over the edge, it also has a bit to do with his ability to hold himself back. 

It really depends on what you consider orgasm.  He gets a slight good but mild feeling when he's touching her inside, but he has to keep thrusting so when he touches her inside it tends to be a very brief touch for a split second each time.  He also gets a slight good feeling as he's pushing himself back in, after completely withdrawing. 

The other times he can get more orgasms is if she gives him a blow job or plays with him (rubs her fingers and hands in various motions).  You will often hear him making a noise when he gets this kind of orgasm, sometimes it's hissing noise, other times it can be a full on groaning noise.  Women tend to confuse this for thinking she is causing him pain, well actually she might be but it's pleasurable pain, believe me if you were causing him pain and he didn't like it, he would soon tell you.

Blowjobs involve so many different sensations, and those different sensations can give him more orgasms and make him ejaculate much sooner.  He wants those feelings to last as long as possible and in order to do that you have to go slowly, otherwise he will come too quickly.  A woman has her tongue, her lips, her mouth, her throat, her saliva, her fingers and her hands touching him, he never knows what feeling to expect next and that all adds to the pleasure of a blow job.  You may also want to read this other article that I have written:  Does size matter to a guy? The reason why he wants to thrust faster with vaginal sex can be explained by what I said above, his biggest orgasm comes when he ejaculates and men can't often wait for that. Particularly if he hasn't had sex for a while and the cork on his champagne bottle feels as though it's bursting to explode.  In general once he's being relieved once in a sex session, he maybe be able to slow down his thrusting.  This is because the more times he has sex in a sex session, the longer it takes for that pressure to build up and the longer it takes him to come.  Without that intensive pressure he doesn't feel the need to come quicker instead he can get a lot more minor and good feelings from just thrusting slowly and concentrating on giving a woman some pleasure.

5.  When you're not using other forms of contraception, how does a man really feel about having to withdraw before he comes?

He feels nervous, what if he doesn't withdraw in time, and relying on withdrawing is not necessarily a good way of avoiding getting pregnant because he does release some sperm prior to this.  So despite the fact you probably get the feeling you are spoiling his sensation, the main problem is that you are making him conscious of the fact you might get pregnant from doing it (which is not the right thought to have when you are wanting to perform in bed) and it worries him that he may not be able to control himself (because it is difficult when you are in the heat and passion of sex, to control yourself).

The condom thing is a pretty annoying thing for a guy, he doesn't really like fiddling about with a condom during a sex session, he feels it makes him look like a fumbler and an idiot.  It also cuts down the intimacy and gives him a completely different feeling when having sex, instead of feeling you, he feels a bit of plastic, he's having sex with a bit of plastic.  Imagine if he covered your bits down below with plastic would you enjoy sex as much. 

Though this idea is far outweighed by the fact that he might make you pregnant, well actually that worry usually comes after having sex, unless you have reminded him before or during sex about that possibility.  The problem is when a guy gets the urge to have sex with you and at the time he is having sex with you, he generally is concentrated on enjoying himself and giving you enjoyment, he's not thinking of the consequences of you maybe becoming pregnant, he is only reminded about that if you remind him or if he is prepared with a condom.

Overall it depends on the guy, some guys might enjoy withdrawing and coming over a woman.  What really will make up for making him withdraw is if a woman grabs hold of him and finishes him off with a blow job and swallows. 

6.  Does a man have a better orgasm after he hasn't had sex or masturbated for a while, or doesn't it make any difference?

If he hasn't had sex for a while the pressure builds up and his mental thoughts build up.  This can produce a far greater orgasm in the first instance he has sex with you.  After that first instance the rest of the sex session is usually the same sort of orgasms as usual.  As I have explained it in the past.  It's like loosening the cork on a champagne bottle and shaking it, that sort of pressure.  So when you get a guy who virtually rips your clothes off and has sex with you within seconds, you can be pretty sure he hasn't had sex for at least a few days. 

The same goes for masturbation.  That pressure builds up over time until eventually he has to pop his cork on the champagne bottle, the longer he leaves it, usually the better the intensity of orgasm when he comes, but also he usually comes much quicker.  You will often hear guys on game shows like Big Brother, saying I'm busting for sex or I'm busting to relieve myself, it really does build up a pressure in him and leaves him absolutely gagging for it.
