This lady has no interest in looking at this guy. Her head is averted to avoid his gaze. He is trying to subconsciously appear larger by having his elbow bent and his hand on his hip. His advances are not welcome.  This is a sign of a couple having an argument, because she still stays in range of him, her body is open to show there is some trust there.  She just doesn't want to look at him or let him kiss her.  Trying to resist his approach.
