Get a man's opinion!  Ask Sam to review your clothes, hairstyle or whatever else you can think of.  Send me some photos/videos and I will give my honest opinion.  I will give you tips on what you look good in, what you look bad in and hopefully give you some tips to help you improve.  

Please note that my opinion will be honest and not necessarily kind. But it is an honest opinion you want, not somebody to tell you how great you look in an awful outfit.

What file formats can I submit?

In general you can submit any file format, including a zip or rar file and I will let you know if I can't open it. There are so many file formats around that it would be impossible to list the ones I can and can't open. I don't know until I've tried to open them, so just send them and I'll give it a go.
